Non-Refundable Deposit The reservation deposit ($500 for pet kittens / $1000 for breeding kittens) is non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind, personal circumstances, allergies, moving, or family decisions.
No Cash Refunds We do not offer cash refunds once the kitten has left our care. We focus on replacement options when appropriate.
72-Hour General Health Guarantee The kitten is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery. Buyers are encouraged to have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery. If a serious pre-existing health issue is found during this period, we will work with you to replace the kitten at our earliest convenience.

Lifetime Genetic Health Guarantee All our breeding cats undergo DNA testing for genetic health. Because of this, we proudly offer a Lifetime Genetic Health Guarantee.
If, at any point in the kitten’s life, it develops a serious hereditary or congenital genetic condition that was present in the tested parents, we will replace the kitten with another of comparable value at our earliest convenience (subject to availability). Veterinary documentation will be required.

What is NOT Covered
- Normal adjustment stress or minor illnesses
- Parasites, environmental conditions, or injury after delivery
- Neglect, improper care, or failure to follow veterinary advice
- Any kitten that has been declawed or used for breeding without written permission
Rehoming
If you are ever unable to keep the kitten, please contact us first. We retain the right of first refusal to help rehome the kitten or take it back.
