Non-Refundable Reservation Deposit The $1,000 reservation deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including a change of mind, personal circumstances, allergies, moving, or family decisions. The deposit is applied toward the purchase price of your kitten.
Refund Policy After Purchase We do not offer cash refunds once the kitten has left our care. We focus on replacement options when appropriate.
48-Hour General Health Guarantee The kitten is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery. Buyers are encouraged to have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. If a serious pre-existing health issue is found during this period, we will work with you to replace the kitten at our earliest convenience.

48-Hour General Health Guarantee
This guarantee is designed to confirm that your kitten was healthy at the time of pickup or delivery and did not have a serious pre-existing illness before leaving Pedigree USA. Each kitten is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of pickup or delivery.
The buyer must have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving the kitten.
For kittens picked up on Friday or Saturday, the examination must be completed within 72 hours to allow for normal veterinary office hours.
If a serious pre-existing health condition is diagnosed during this period, the buyer must provide written veterinary documentation. Upon review, Pedigree USA will provide a replacement kitten in accordance with this policy.
Pedigree USA reserves the right to obtain a second veterinary opinion at our expense.

At Pedigree USA, every breeding cat undergoes comprehensive DNA testing for known hereditary genetic diseases before entering our breeding program.
To provide complete transparency, every kitten is sold with copies of both parents’ DNA test results, allowing buyers to verify the genetic health of the breeding pair.
Because we carefully select and genetically screen our breeding cats, we proudly offer a Lifetime Genetic Health Guarantee against covered hereditary genetic diseases that can be traced to the kitten’s tested parents.
If, at any point during the kitten’s lifetime, it is diagnosed with a hereditary genetic disease that can reasonably be attributed to the kitten’s tested parents, Pedigree USA will provide a replacement kitten of comparable value, subject to the terms of this policy.
This Lifetime Genetic Health Guarantee applies only to hereditary genetic conditions covered by the Pedigree USA Lifetime Genetic Health Guarantee.

What is NOT Covered
This guarantee does not cover:
- Any illness, disease, infection, virus, parasite, or medical condition that is not hereditary.
- Any illness or condition that develops after the kitten leaves Pedigree USA, unless covered by the 48-Hour General Health Guarantee or the Lifetime Genetic Health Guarantee.
- Injuries, accidents, poisoning, or environmental hazards occurring after the kitten leaves our care.
- Conditions resulting from improper care, neglect, abuse, poor nutrition, or failure to follow veterinary advice.
- Routine veterinary care, vaccinations, parasite prevention, spaying or neutering, or elective procedures.
- Any pet kitten used for breeding without the breeder’s written permission.
- Any kitten or cat that has been declawed.
Our goal is to place every kitten in a loving, permanent home. We encourage prospective owners to carefully consider the long-term commitment of cat ownership before making a reservation.
If a replacement is approved under this policy, Pedigree USA will provide one replacement kitten of comparable value when one becomes available. The replacement guarantee applies only once and does not include transportation, shipping, veterinary expenses, or other incidental costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
